To me it tasted very wheat like more than Parmesan. Is there a tip to thicken it more and get the wheat taste out. If using wheat flour.

All in all for a healthy eater it is ok but just fair worn the wheat flour over powers if using that instead of gluten free flour.

If I use low fat 1% milk doesn’t that change to a yellow instead?

Super easy to make, very hearty and tasty! The pecorino is a must add since it gives it an extra salty/nutty kick and flavor boost. Used this with some truffle and porcini ravioli and it was insanely good.
