Hi! When using no sugar added tomato sauce, I feel comfortable counting it as a GREEN. But yes, its true that others count it as a purple. Feel free to count it whichever way you feel more comfortable with! The olive oil spray does not count as a tsp, because it is such a little amount – just use sparingly!

I was taught that tomato based ingredients count as purple. Also wouldn’t there be a teaspoon or part of one for the spray?
